四年级英语下册教案：《Beijing is bigger than tianjing》

　　教学目标：

　　1．知识目标

　　①巩固复习上一单元学习的形容词以及形容词比较级：tall—taller short—shorter strong—stronger old—older

　　②学会并能口头运用Beijing is bigger than Tianjin.

　　③学习并能识别运用短语：Mount Qomolangma、Mount Tai、The Great Wall、The Summer Palace

　　2．.结合实际，让学生学会比较和描述两个事物。

　　3．从情感目标方面让学生了解祖国的河流、山川、城市及名胜古迹等。使学生更加爱自己的祖国。

　　教学重点难点：

　　1．学习并能识别运用词组：Mount Qomolangma、The Great Wall、The Summer Palace。

　　2．能口头表达及描述两个事物的差异，掌握句子：Beijing is bigger than Tianjin等句子。

　　教学设想：

　　通过本节课的学习，学生可以掌握形容词的原级及比较级的一般变化规律，并学会使用比较级句型比较和描述两个事物。与现实生活结合起来，让所学知识在生活中得到具体运用。从学法上，突出了学生的主体。从内容的安排上，从词到句子，循序渐进， “在学中玩，在玩中学。”不但让学生掌握了新知识，还培养了学生的自信，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。

　　教学过程

　　Step 1 Warm-up

　　1．Greetings. Good morning， boys and girls. How are you today？ I’m fine， thank you. And you？

　　2．Chant：

　　Tall， tall， taller， Amy’s taller than Lingling.

　　Old， old， older， Amy’s older than Lingling.

　　Short， short， shorter， Sam’s shorter than Daming.

　　Young， young， younger， Sam’s younger than Daming.

　　上课时，我先通过和学生的互动，再通过一首chant引出了上节课的内容。真正达到了复习旧知、引出新知。
